Ordering Information

  1. Please choose the item from the "Choose the Stationery" list.
  2. Please choose the quantity from the "Quantity" List (All products are set to order a minimum of 25 units.)
  3. Click the "Add to cart" button.
  4. Then repeat the same process for the item(s) you want to create your set.
  • After you have placed your order we will send you a form via email to complete so we can collect all the details for your stationery including wording.
  • Once we have received your completed form we will be in touch within 12 hours with your digital design proof.
  • The timeframe for the design stage varies depending if you have changes to your design and how quickly you respond. Please allow min. another 12 hours for revisions to your design.
  • Included in your order are three rounds of digital proofs. We will design your first proof exactly as specified in your order.
  • You will then have 2 revisions left included in your order.
  • Revisions can be made to your wording only.
  • The design layout and fonts cannot be changed.
  • Additional revisions to your design will be invoiced and charged at $75 per proof.
  • To avoid being charged for additional proofs, please carefully proof read your wording before submitting it to us.
  • The following timeframes (processing time) on Etsy are for printing only. Please allow added time for the design process and shipping.
  • Foil printing turnaround time is 5-7 business days PLUS SHIPPING
  • We are sending with UPS Express to worldwide. Shipping has 3-5 days delivery time.
  • The time ranges indicated are for the US and EU. For other countries, it may differ by 1-2 days.
  • If you order assembly service for your stationeries, it may differ by 1-2 days too.
  • If you have ordered guest addressing or address labels, we require an Excel spreadsheet of your guests names and addresses formatted as 4 columns (Name | Address | City, Stata | Post Code). We will send you a sample screenshot via email.
  • Please thoroughly proof read all names and addresses prior to submitting your spreadsheet. If you require more than 5 address or name changes to your design proof, we will require you to resubmit your spreadsheet, and a $35 reformatting fee will be charged.
  • To avoid being charged the reformatting fee, do not send through address spreadsheets that are not final, and have not been thoroughly proof read.
